That seems like a lot of different issues. Make sure it's lubed up good.
What type of upper is it... FSB or railed?
Make sure the BCG drops freely into the upper on the gas tube and the gas tube is coming straight into the upper.
Might be the barrel nut might not be aligned correctly and slightly off. Some others had that issue recently.
Look and see the FSB or gas block are straight and aligned to gas port, FSB should be pretty obvious.
Try putting some air through the barrel, put your finger in the chamber to plug it, and see if the gas tube might not be possibly somehow partially blocked.
Check the rings on the bolt also so it's moving like it supposed to, the ejector is stiff but moves in and out and extractor spring is extractoring ;)
Also, .223 PMC/WWB rounds should be good, but you should use some full-power 5.56 rounds while trouble-shooting.
Just somewhere to start the trouble-shooting. If you can't figure it out, PSA will get you a call tag to return it for inspection and repairs.
Good Luck!

ETA: Even though it's a factory built lower, make sure the hammer spring has been installed correctly.
