I placed an order on June 10th for a PSA 5.56 Premium Full Auto BCG with no logo. My order shows complete per the site but there are no shipping details listed and I have yet to receive it. I sent a couple of messages to
[email protected] asking for a status update and finally received a response to my first email from Eugene a couple of days ago saying he has "forwarded your account to my supervisor to inquire about the
delay of your order. Once we receive information on your account, we
will be in contact with you regarding your order status."
Needless to say, I have not received additional contact nor has the order status changed. Is there any way to escalate this? I noticed this morning these are back in stock and don't want to miss out because my original order is in limbo.

ETA: Thanks to our rep here and the team in West Columbia; PSA shipped my BCG yesterday and it arrived today. I'm guessing it got lost in the post Orlando panic orders.
