PSA known as VALUE leader. not Quality leader. Sorry to put it that bluntly but it is the truth. (even if i disagree with it)
a 400 dollar ak, yes its a bit low. But i am saying what many are expecting, because of PSA's history as VALUE leader. Would i pay 600 for this rifle? probably, once i see it in person. Would i expect it to be cheaper without seeing it in person, probably. Then again, the ATI Milled AK's that PSA sells are 699. that tells me for non milled, you should be 499-599 for fixed stock - and underfolder, respectively with a stamped reciever rifle.

Did any of you ever stop to think it may actually be a higher-quality piece than you're giving it credit for? $400?!?!?!? REALLY!?!?!?!?
Have you seen the write ups by LAV, Travis Haley, AK Operators, Recoil? From what they're saying, this isn't going to be an "entry level" quality firearm and therefore you shouldn't expect an "entry level" price point. I'm not saying it should be $700 or higher, but it's also not like they're creating a PTAC version of their AK either.
If the price matches the quality, shut your penny pinching pie holes!

So what's your point? Abercrombie & Fitch used to be an outfitter that offered high-end upland hunting clothing, along with handmade Italian over/under shotguns. Have you seen one of those stores lately?
So, PSA isn't allowed to step up their game with a particular product line and offer "quality" instead of "quantity?" Just because some people want to buy as much of the cheapest stuff as they can doesn't mean some wouldn't appreciate the "higher quality" item from time to time. If PSA were to offer something that didn't fit their typical MO, and actually go outside the box, it doesn't mean they've forgotten all about the basement-dwelling cheapskates that need to save every penny they can so they can afford their gaming membership dues.
Like I said, if the quality matches the price, no one has anything to bitch or whine about....even though we all know some will most definitely find something to bitch and whine about.
