SO.....
editing to update : my order was placed on 12/23, because it was so far backlogged the psa rep here refunded me the shipping. Then when they found out my bcgs i ordered were out of stock, they are subbing my BCG with this one, BCG in stock because the blems were out of stock, which is fine by me. the rep on the phone, and the rep online has been more than helpful. I cant wait to get my parts and finish my 3 builds. Kudos to Tracy on the phone, and the team of PSA reps here on the forums. thanks for calming my freak out. :) |
|
That sucks dude.
Don't know what's been going on with them lately. |
|
After speaking with Tracy today on the phone, all is well.
they ironed it out on the phone and i must say im impressed. The PSA rep here was only crediting back my shipping charges because of the overly lateness of the order. The order still stands Tracy stated and that i should have it shipped tomorrow or late today.. Just want to also thank publicly the PSA rep, here, For their assistance. I was freaking out cause im needeing those parts to finish up 3 builds ;) ETA Hold time was about 31 minutes before i got to Tracy. |
|
I've have PM's from them in the last hour on a mixup on my part.
|
|
|
yea it was my worry that the order had been cancelled, when all the rep meant was the shipping fee was refunded due to the long time that has passed without my order shipped..
I totally freaked out cause i really need those parts, so since it was the shipping, and them taking care of me by refunding shipping charges yet still planning on shipping the parts, the worry was totally on my end. So long story short, the rep appears to have been going ABOVE AND BEYOND, to refund my shipping to me, without being asked, due to the delay on their end. To me that is GREAT customer service.. just wish i had read it as such to begin with, instead of me freaking out. LOL So looks like the shennanigans were on me not them. |
|
So are they refunding ship charges for orders that are 34 days old to evryone? Or did you drop your name and they kissed your ass cause you are the king number one fanboy?

Ok I may have to photoshop that and make one for myself! lol

Hope my CS is as good as yours. Getting this pa10 together has been a total crapshoot. They sent me the wrong buffer (but corrected it), sent me a blemished stripped upper when i paid full price for a brand new item, and now today i open my most recent package and they sent me a fuggin ar15 charging handle instead of an ar10 handle. what the actual flunk is going on over there guys?? I hope they send out a new CH and at the very least give me store credit on the 60+ dollar difference between their new and blemished uppers.

Wow, maybe they just grabbed the wrong items?
I ordered a Beretta 92S Italian Police Trade-In the other night. I'm hoping I get a good pick, though if anyone has bought one of these I have a few questions that I need answered. |

Ive had more than one issue, heck probably more than 5, there was a time id get parts kits and 2 out of 5 was missing one detent here, or a spring there. those were the early days though. I cant say enough good about the rep here though.. and also about Tracy whom i spoke with on the phone. Its not how you screw up, but rather how you recover, and in my book PSA always goes the extra step to recover above and beyond. |

The best experiences I have seen with their CS is when the customer doesn't flt off the handle, but instead acts like a mature adult. That will get you a lot farther than a lot of the jackass comments I see on here.

the starter of this thread is obviously a shill for the company. It is so obvious it isn't funny. Check the nightmare reviews online. I have called them everday for over a week, multiple times a day and they do not answer. They also do not reply to emails. This thread is a pathetic attempt by their company to salvage their reputation. Don't believe me? Just do a little googling. You will quickly realize this thread has got to be a joke. Nice try but people aren't that stupid PSA. Answer your damn phone and ship out my order I placed over 2 weeks ago. Again, just google a little and you will see...

They did right by me. I ordered the $69 1-4x bushnell. I got an email stating there inventory issues and it was out of stock but the could sub a different 1-4x at no additional cost and the sub was much nicer. I in was more than sasisfied. ordered a few more BCG's last tuesday a week ago. I got them today. got a great call from the young lady at Farrow saying they were in this morning.
9 days total. not bad. :) thanks guys!!! was a pleasure seeing eveyrone too! |

PSA treats me right. I had a PSA 10 upper in for repairs. It seemed like I had just shipped it when I got a notice that the Brown Truck was showing up in my driveway with a package from PSA. Have not had a chance to test it yet, but the turnaround was amazing.

They certainly have a shitty work ethic. They say they're working day and night lately. Yet, they shut down at 5 EST (as if they were doing anything before 5). I have a brick and mortar store, a webstore, and an Ebay store. If you want something built, I don't take your money til it's done. If you call, someone answers the phone. Through Christmas it was just me working and I WAS working day and night to get things done... not just 8:55 a.m. til 5:05 p.m. I can't get fired because I own the business but I'd be afraid if I didn't do business like that, I'd get my ass kicked...and deserve it. Dude throwing out all the compliments is from SC. If he's NOT a PSA toady, they're probably afraid he'll drive to the store and shoot up the place. If I were dealing firearms and parts to a buncha gun nuts, I'd be afraid of that regardless of how far away they live from the store.

For all we know, they could have like 30 completely overworked dudes picking and packing all of the web orders. Just because you run a one man operation and can keep up with business, that doesn't mean you know exactly how PSA is run. The four or five times I called PSA, I was on hold for less than 15 minutes... |

I've never had bad service from PSA. I have had a couple spring shortages in the LPK for some builds.
I didn't bother to call PSA for a couple 30 cent springs, I just grabbed my small parts box that I've made for replacement items, and was back in production in 30 seconds. I don't make large orders, but what I have ordered has been as PSA described. They'll be keeping me as a customer. I also shop at Midway and Brownells too, but that's only because PSA is generally sold out of what I need at that time. |
