i have been lurking on ar15 for years, and have been a customer for a couple years. sometimes the wait almost kills me,
then i remember that it will come and has always came about the time they have said it would. i have followed most of the
threads here, and the only time i have seen something that resembled them telling someone to pound sand was with the
guy who had bought a 5.45x39 barrel. i guess the barrels were junk and they had resolved everyones issue, except this one
guy who waited like 2 years to complain. by that time it was out of warrenty, they were out of replacement parts, ect.
(all understandable) from my view. i think they tried to make it right with him anyways but he was still pissed.
Edit by PSA: We were willing to honor the warranty, but the customer wanted us to replace items he no longer owned.
tl'dr version psa always sends me my stuff, sometimes it takes forever, but it is always top notch product. i have always felt
like i have received more than i paid for. luckly i have never had a problem, but what i get for the price. i am willing to deal
with the hassle if and when it comes up. sit tight and they will take care of you.
