I placed an order 6/19 for a bunch of Federal. It was a great deal, so even though I knew that there was the chance of PSA screwing up my order I figured I'd give it a shot. Especially after so many Redditors posted positive experiences. The PSA site states "Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to ship". After about 24 hours I noted the charge on my account and figured everything was good to go. I had also emailed a couple of my buddies about the PSA sale, and both have placed orders. Both are also in the same situation as me, and we're all in different states. I waited a week and saw no progress on my order. The second week I called to check in and see if there were any issues. After waiting about 30 min on hold, a representative said everything on my order looked good. She offered no type of concession, which I was ok with. I figured the item would ship soon. Fast forward a couple weeks. It's now been almost a month since I placed my order. Hell, people are posting about the their awesome product they received from the PSA 4th of July sale, and I'm still waiting. I called today and spoke to a different rep. They stated that they have no idea why my order hasn't shipped yet but that he would hand print off my order and walk it back to the shipping folks. I asked what the issue was, and how would I know that the order was being taken care of. They stated that this was the process, and I reiterated my concern since I had spoken to a rep previously. I asked if there was any way that they could make it right by offering free shipping on my next order, or providing me with a small discount. They stated no, that this was all they could do. I'm not saying that I was in it strictly for a discount, but if an order is well outside the 5 day threshold and a customer has already been billed, they should do something to make it up somehow. In any case, lesson learned and I'll have to contact my buddies to make sure they give PSA a call as well. EDIT: PSA just sent me an email saying the item is no longer in stock and they've cancelled my order. Screw PSA! Never doing business with them again. |

Maybe they read your post, then canceled your order? You jumped the gun too quick =P.

Order something small, get a couple stickers. Order an upper or rifle and you get posters, stickers, and a hat! PSA gives you the middle finger. As for speaking to them, I waited on hold for around 30 min each time. No excuse for this screw up! |

I waited 3 weeks for a stripped upper for my daughters rifle. Spent half an hour on hold, only to be told " it'll be shipped in 48 hours ''. 5 days later and another half an hour on hold & it's " sorry but it's out of stock now. Tough shit ". FUCK PSA. I'll preach their bullshit company every chance I get from now till forever.

Stickers, lube, posters and hats from BCM are all unexpected. It's a great way to retain earn and retain customers. Selling product and never delivering is BS.

I say after each order "never again". Some of their deals are worth putting up with their bullshit shipping and customer service policies. It has to be a damn good deal to real me in now after 10 shitty experiences. The last one was 308 gold medal match for $14 per box shipped. It took 3 weeks but I paid at least 50% less than I could find it locally for.

Yeah from my experience their phone system could be better I'll give you that, I had to call 6 times to even connect to them, then wait 20 minutes for a 7 minute and 5 second conversation concerning one of my orders. There's plenty of info out there and unfortunately PSA is not known for speed, from what I've been reading it seems like their online order system is not in synch with their retail in-stock system. |

The same thing happened to me. Placed an order for ammo on 6/20. The website shows it as having been shipped as of the 27th (I was checking daily) but I never got a tracking number or confirmation.
Called this past Friday and waited 30 minutes on hold once the phone finally connected. The CS rep was helpful and said my order must have been missed and that I would get a tracking number that day or possibly Monday, the 14th. Tuesday rolls around with nothing, so I call back, again with a 30 minute wait. Same answer, but no date when it would ship. I'll give them until next Monday and then call back again. It can't be this difficult to ship 3 boxes of ammo! |

I feel bad for you guys. The only drawback after spending thousands with PSA has been some long wait times. If PSA really cut your order ,that is really bad form! Its not like you cannot get 308 FGMM. With that said the OP has not got any response here from PSA yet.

If you are not satisfied, then shop elsewhere. I've ordered 10 times from them and each time they delivered exactly what I ordered at an outstandingly low price for exceptionally good quality. My PSA Carbines have shot rings around several of my friends Colts & other "Tier One" ARs.... |

Never had a problem with PSA outside of them being really poor at information dissemination. Product wise I have been very happy. These problems seem to be mostly reported by members here who have joined in the last two years, mostly. Weird.

View Quote That's probably because PSA has grown dramamtically over the last two years and has since outgrown its infrastructure. Personally, I don't deal with the fuck show that is their website and Internet customer service but, given their growth over the last two years, they've probably gained some new customers during that time and those customers were used to dealing with other companies that have their Internet shit together...unlike PSA. In short, they're dealing with a "break-in period" that you "old timers" have already learned to deal with and accept. Eventually though, PSA is going to run out of excuses and they're either going to have to make the necessary adjustments to pull their heads out of their asses and unfuck themselves or they'll go the way of the Do-Do bird. |

Free shipping would be a really big deal on some of my orders, could easily save you a hundred bucks being able to combine the special prices that are lower when a free shipping promo is not active. A few cases of .45ACP shipped on their dime would show 'em.
I'd have taken that with bigass smile and ran. |

When PSA started playing 'Extension Tube Monte' and 'Box of Chocolate BCG specs' it merely cemented their existing problems with lackadaisical shipping and indifferent customer service. Since then have have sold uppers as In Stock that aren't assembled and may be selling things they haven't even received from vendors. The best thing PSA offers is FN barrels and low pricing. Other companies sell great barrels for a little more, and don't come with PSAs other issues. BCM is one of those companies. Glock031 - check. |

I have had only positive experiences in the dozens of orders that I have placed since 2002.
FFL and upper items routinely take 12- 15 buisiness days to ship, and everything else usually ships by the second week. Once my order was delayed due to the ammo that I ordered, which was sold out, but PSA did me right by subbing the federal 6.8 for the dollar cheaper SSA 6.8 I ordered. I will stil order from PSA, because their prices beat just about every competitor. P.S. Piece of advice--order ammo when you already have some on hand, so you don't have to fret when your out. |

I do have to say - while I'm a huge fan of PSA and their products, the last few weeks have been disappointing.
Two of my friends placed orders a month ago because I always talk great about PSA. One for a hand gun, the other for an upper. A month since they placed their orders. No communication, no shipping info, and no products in hand. The upper was marked as complete over a week ago, but still no tracking number and no upper. It was not a split shipment as it did not have anything else with it. The handgun is just processing still - and I know the FFL is on file because it's the same one that I use. Tracking info received for the handgun. Upper is still MIA. |

I have ordered from PSA a few times over the last few years and I have always had good service until now. The service I have received on this last order has been horrible, no non-existent. I have not had any confirmation of the order, nor any response from the e-mails I have sent. I have called numerous times, only to wait for several minutes. I called this morning and waited for over 15 minutes for someone to answer. That never happened. So, now I have sent them an IM hoping to get an answer as to why my order was shipped incomplete (minus two items). My CC was charged for the full order amount. Because of this experience, I will no longer be buying from PSA, nor will I recommend them anymore. As far as I am concerned, they have shot themselves in the foot. I know they are busy, but there is no reason in the world for piss poor customer service these days.

Doesn't sound like anything has changed in the last few months since I ordered from them last. Their customer service and shipping sucks. I remember a few threads a while back about how they've hired more employees to keep up with demand, but it looks like they're just blowing smoke. The only thing I buy from them are the FN barrels for a good price and if I can get it somewhere else near the same price I do. Plenty of other places to buy parts at great prices and super fast shipping. Been done with PSA for a while now!

My order from PSA is to be delivered today 7/22, 2 items ordered on June 30. Never did get to speak to a CS rep, tried multiple times by phone last week and quite frankly I can't sit on hold for 45 mins to ensure that a vendor fulfills a contract.
By contrast I happened to order 14 items from MidwayUSA on Sunday 7/20 at approximately 8 PM in the evening. My order shipped Monday afternoon 7/21, deilvery scheduled for afternoon Wednesday 7/23. Never again PSA. Hking |

What the hell is going on over there? I have always received my items in a reasonable amount of time. I want to get a few more things to round out some builds. The past few days of this crap have now pushed me to the point of checking out, and I'm pretty fucking patient. Sucks, it's easy to get addicted to cheap FN barrels.

Same thing happened to me on some Magpul 25rd .308 mags when they were first released they even gave me the same " I will walk it back personally" line of bull and what really sucked is they were nowhere to be found after they cancelled my order.

I ordered a handgun 7 days ago, and although I wont be happy, I am fully expecting this to take a month to arrive. It is ridiculous and I knew what I was getting into but it should not be this way. Not for an item that does not need to be assembled.
