I had been trying to call them for the past two weeks without any luck. E-mails went unanswered and no response to voicemail. Well finally, yesterday afternoon, about 4:15pm their time, I finally got a hold of someone. I was shortly thereafter transferred to CS and a live person. The woman I spoke with was very polite, as they have always been. She verified my order and saw where only one item was shipped, but did not know why the rest did not ship. She said she would print a copy of the order and give it to a supervisor in shipping to find out what happened and why. She even sent me an e-mail confirmation that I was never sent after repeatedly asking for one. I explained to her my dissatisfaction of my experience because I had not had to deal with this in the past. She did apologize for the problems. I have to say that, up until these past two weeks, I have had really good service from PSA. The woman yesterday was very pleasant and helpful, but it does not excuse the lack of communication with their customers. I now have to wait and see when the rest of my order is going to arrive.
PS. She did say that they recently changed over to a new shipping/processing system and they are still trying to adjust to it. This could explain some of the delays, but they should have someone who stays on top of the order processing and shipping much better than they do. Oh, you have a better chance of getting someone to talk to after 4pm (eastern time).
