Received a roll pin, but not two lpks I also ordered. No mention if them. Account online says processing still. Any info appreciated.

You ordered 2 LPKs and a roll pin and they shipped the roll pin alone? That's crazy.
But yea partial shipments are getting very common as they've been taking orders for stuff they don't have instock. |

So far.... Upper one order Buffer kit one order Hanguard takedown tool one order That leaves lpk /w grip kit, nickel boron bcg, and charging handle. I see i have a package coming tomorrow from PSA so maybe i will get 3? 2? or just 1? of the items left....this is beginning to be absurd especially 17+ business days. |

Don't get me wrong I love the products, and the AR15.com admin, and two women that were in FFL now CS department.....but if it wasn't for those 3 the product would not out weigh the trouble.

First order placed on 6/19... 1 carbine buffer, 3 buffer springs and 2 uppers all in stock... Today, they sent out the buffer and 3 springs
Order two placed on 6/21... 1 lower build kit, one BCG, 1 bolt repair kit and 3 extractor spring kits... the extractor springs and bolt repair kit delivered Monday, the BCG and lower build kit shipped today. I'm sure at some point they will ship the uppers...... I'm not even trying to make any sense of PSA's order process anymore |

UPS left a brown padded envelope about 6 by 7 shape on front porch. Still no word from PSA on the lpks. Communication would be nice.

I had a similar order. Recently I had 3 boxes sent out for one order. I had a out of spect rear takedown pin, I contacted PSA and they said they would ship me a new
Rear take down pin. Just as promise next day I received a UPS shipping information.... 1 week later they canceled it without notice. I emailed them to figure out what's up.... No answer from them. It's been a month and nothing. I have a order in processing right now, I almost feel like canceling and returning my previous order. |

Ordered blem upper ,port door and FA.Received port door and FA made two phone calls and was told they would ship and email, still nothing.Ordered June 22

Think I gonna drop my email subscription and move on to someone else. I'd r at her pay more for parts that are in stock or that you get in a reasonable timeframe or at least communicate with a customer on what's going on.

I ordered a couple of LPKs, and some random extra lower parts a couple of weeks ago. Today, an AR15 CAR Stock Lock Ring/Castle Nut showed up in a little brown paper envelope.
Hey, as long as I'm not charged for the multiple shipping fees, that's their problem to worry about. Then again, it would be nice for the "my account" on their website to reflect this. |
|
So, is PSA doing what so many others are, selling things they don;t have and then gettin g them in later. I don;t mind waiting as I;m in nohurry but would like communication on ETA of shipping the 2 LPKs.

Wish I would have looked here 1st.
Ordered a LPK, buffer and spring on 7-5. Got a spring and buffer today. No mention of a back order, no invoice in the box and no lpk on the packing list sticker. |
|
Sucks for you guys, ordered blem upper and 2 lowers on 7/1 and received today not fast but not as bad as you folks.

So, I guess emailing them does no good? Anyone received lpks? I thought that this particular board fro Palmetto would been seen by PSA. No answers yet. guessing I'll get them someday.

View Quote Called PSA today, sat on hold for 34 minutes before speaking to Edward. Order number 2100815968 was placed on 04JUL2014, and my card was charged for the grand total at that time. On 14JUL2014, a single item from the order arrived, with no paperwork indicating that the other items were on backorder, unavailable, on their way in another package, etc. The website has no updated information, except that the majority of the items that I ordered are now listed as out of stock. Edward was helpful in getting to the bottom of the situation, and said that the remainder of my order should be shipped out in the next 2-3 business days. I understand that the migration to new databases / servers wasn't quite smooth, but I hope you guys can fix it and get this all behind you as soon as possible. |

I'll try to have the missing kit sent out to you as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.

Mine got here I think it was Friday. I don't mind it taking time on orders, just like communication as to what's going on. I'd really rather have an entire order sipped at once instead of a piece at a time.

Same thing happened to me today as well. Order number 2100829879.
I ordered a blem upper, forward assist kit and dust cover kit. Still waiting on the forward assist kit. Spent 40min on hold finally got through to a lady CSR and she said the forward assist kit was shipping from another warehouse. These shipping times were getting out of hand before and now they are adding a separate warehouse in the mix. The prices are good, but not that good. Peace out Palmetto State Armory. I am pretty sure this is my last order. If you guys can fix your lead times I will order again. I have 3 more 80% lowers to complete and have been eyeballing your Stainless Barrel Freedom rifle kit for one. |

Yeah, similar thing happened to me on my most recent order. First time in 14 different orders that they've split an order into multiple shipments.
Ordered a HPT/MPI M16 BCG and some Pmags only because the mags were on sale that day, they were an afterthought. Ordered on 7/22 and the mags were delivered on the 25th. WTF? I've never had anything get here that fast from PSA. BCG was not in the shipment and still says processing. Honestly, I don't mind waiting on my orders from PSA. That's the trade off for great prices on quality stuff and I understand the deal. This being the first time I've ever had them split a small order into 2 shipments worries me and I hope I didn't get PSA'd. It's also troublesome that PSA isn't updating the where's my order thread anymore. I hope they get through this rough patch and things get sorted out right. Edit: I got a tracking # for the BCG already. Pretty quick shipping for PSA. I'm happy as usual. |
