Those of you who placed an order for Uppers with PSA what was the turn around time from order to delivery?
I am curious to see how long it's taken. Also if you could specify what upper you ordered (rifle kit, 20 inch complete upper, etc). I want to see how long I should be waiting. I am at the 15 day mark for my order. |

Same here day 15! 14.7 mid lw chf rifle kit. I also orderd a striped lower and another barrel got them over a week ago.

Well at least I am not the only one.
I ordered 2 20inch A2 rifle kits and 2 mags. The mags arrived very shortly after I placed the order. I ordered 2 stripped lowers and within a week I had them. I will give it till next week before I make another inquiry. I wonder when does the 15 day limit start? |

lol I was thinking about making a thread exactly like this to see what the actual average time to receive an upper is.
Are you at the 15 business day mark or just 15 straight days after your order? I ordered the 16" hammer forged m4a1 upper on the 16th (3-16-12). So I'm at 13 straight days after order, but only 9 business days so I assume I still have a bit of waiting to do. |

Exactly 10 business days. 14.7 CL M4 bbl. MOE HG and YHM FH
Ordered on the 9th got it at 10:30 am on the 23rd So really about 9 1/2 days.  |

Actually I am at the 11th business day of my order. I forget not everyone runs on a 24 hour 7 day a week clock. What I want to know is when does the "start the clock.... NOW" time start? Is it at the order or some other time frame. I am not really worried, just curious to see what the expected turn around time is. So far one answer. Anyone else? |

Order was made on 3-15 thought it was on 14th until I looked at my email. So, looks like ill be chomping at the bit for a few more days. |

first was a 14.7" CHF rifle kit with moe parts upgrade. ordered on 10/28/2011 (Friday) at night and shipped on 11/08 (Tuesday) and received on Wednesday (11/09). This was before the Thanksgiving rush. second one is just a 14.7" CHF midlength complete upper. ordered 03/02/2012 (Friday) at night and shipped on 03/16 (Friday), didn't really leave SC until Monday 03/19. Received on 03/20. So about 12 business days (M-F) from ordering to receiving. trying to scrounge up funds to order three 10.5" complete uppers now. i think the 15 day start is the next business day after you order. who knows. i know my card was charged same day/next day which is fine with me. i understand that there is a wait. i'm not ordering anything and expecting it asap. if i want something right away, i'll source it locally. |

Because I had noticed the day I got the shipping notice they had put up the 14.7 CMV lightweight bbl. 
But it was too late to cancel and reorder because it already shipped. |

PSA 16" Mid-length Chrome-lined Upper with charging handle, BCG, standard handguard & A2 flash hider
Placed order 3/11 (effectively 3/12 since 3/11 was a Sunday) Shipped evening of 3/26 Arrived 3/28 So my order took 11 business days to ship and 12.5 business days to arrive. Well inside the quoted 15 day turnaround (I know it's "up to" but I always assume the maximum), so I'm pretty pleased. |

So any ideas on how to pass the time while waiting for it to arrive? I've already looked at all the pics on this site haha At least I can practice speed reloads since I have my lower all complete.

Not really. If you're like me and this is your first build every day will seem like an eternity. That much sweeter when it arrives, though

I've ordered 4 uppers. They took the full 15 business days to be produced and then another 3 days or so for shipping. So 3.5 weeks total from time of order to my door.
PS. It was worth it! And you'll wait a lot longer than that with some other manufacturers. |

I think it was 13-15 full business days from clicking "complete order" to opening the box. Upper is very high quality and I would recommend them to anyone.

The one I ordered was delivered within 7 days of my order. This was back early last fall.
