Bought a blem, 20" A2 profile CHF, 15" SQR upper to put on an 80% lower & parts kit (from Ares Armor, a less than reputable company). Finished it off with a magpul stock kit and MBUS Pro + bag from PSA:

Very, very happy with all the PSA parts. I especially like the threaded hole provided for a forward sling mount. It made attaching the harris-style bi-pod a breeze. I will be mounting a Leupold 4-12x40 Mark AR scope in the near future. |

Welp, my PSA 20" upper came in today. A day shy of 3 weeks exactly from ordering to delivery, not too shabby PSA.
http://i.imgur.com/2SqGL39.jpg http://i.imgur.com/fTj8LBO.jpg This was basically what my set up was when my unit wasn't deployed. As a side note for those interested. Looking through pictures from my deployments it's interesting (to myself at least) of how the gear we were issued changed. On my first deployment in '05 my unit didn't have Acogs yet (artillery unit) and were issued the thin black 3-point slings. On our second deployment in '07 we wen't to Iraq as a provisional rifle company and were issued the Spectre Gear Coyote 3-point sling, MaTech buis, PEQ-2, Grip Pods & A4-RCO Acogs. Now if only I could get a real deal M203 I could eventually build my A4 that I was deployed with. |

that is a pretty damn good looking dissipator. i just might have to bite your style!

Well, finally got the rest of my PSA components (just shy of a month after ordering)!

Yes I bought a complete lower and upper and slapped on a Rainier Arms Force 12" rail. Feels awesome in my hand.

Which upper did you buy?
I'm thinking of buying a 14.7" middy and having ADCO shave the FSB and install an NSR rail for me. Originally Posted By SeaTac556:

I went with the 14.7 CHF Midlength. The NSR is a great rail, but the Force Rail dissipate heat better IMO.
