I just wanted to take a second and commend Matt from Adams Arms on a recent customer service issue. At the end of 2011 I ordered a tac evo upper from one of AA's re-sellers. The upper arrived and immediately I noticed that the gas block was rotated a couple degrees clockwise. I assumed this could prove detrimental to sights and the operation of the upper and called the re-seller. They pointed me to Adams Arms cs department and I was greeted by Matt via e-mail on the first night of SHOT show with a friendly response that once he got checked into his hotel and got his laptop up and running he would get me a RMA #. Things obviously can get hectic around SHOT so it took a week or two to get that # but through some good communication we got the issue handled. They manufactured a brand new upper to replace my defective one and during test firing they realized the hand guard was cracked, Matt caught this, sent me an email explaining the delay (with pictures for proof), and told me they would have it fixed the next day and would send it over night. Although it took some time to remedy the situation they handled it with great professionalism and genuine care for their product (they are even including a couple more rail sections for my trouble).

I have read a couple of the negative posts on here referring to AA's CS, and if I were to give a small word of advice. Utilize e-mail as opposed to calls and VM, it gives you a record of conversations, and makes it easier on AA. Lastly, have patience, I know we live in a society where information, and at times, products seem instantaneous. Yet we must not forget that we are not dealing with Amazon, and quality products from smaller manufacturers tend to take time.

Thank you AA and Matt, I'm excited to get my hands on the final product.

I totally agree. I have one of their new complete rifles. They make great products and they are swamped right now. Here's a tip. If you matter is that pressing just post on their facebook wall they will and have responded to me within a days time and that was on a weekend too. ALSO i might add their complete rifle line is excellent minus the mil spec slop trigger and no iron sights for what the cost is kinda lame $$$$.

Cheers
