Great price, congrats!
I've seen them on sale sometimes for $599 so you got it probably lower than that if you got it $610 OTD.
First try your LGS first to see what is their policy for exchange if you're not satisfied, it probably also depends on their distributor's exchange policy.
I prefer to buy my Colt or any other brand from my LGS with a good distributor policy that will exchange or replace when I'm not 100 percent happy with my purchase, usually they will exchange it if they have them in stock or will ship me a new gun within 3 days or less.
If your LGS doesn't have a good return policy then contact Colt CS, since you bought two, you tell them that the other one have a defect compared to your other one.
Since we are on the Expanse subject here, there are slight differences in production, could you describe the items listed below, and did you got a CE1000 (without shell deflector & no forward assist button) or CE2000 with FA & shell deflector?
What is the barrel marking, does it have "C" and "P" markings?
Upper receiver forge mark?
Magazine catch (left side) have a circle at the rear end, or smooth one piece?
Does your lower receiver have the engraved LE serial number prefix and QR code at the right side of the Colt Defense markings?
