Just a heads up, Aim has the C-products 32 rd mags for 12.95 each, 10.95 each for 10 or more. I have 9 of the Metalform mags, but at 109.50 for 10 of the C product mags I couldnt pass it up. I paid 29.95 for my Metalforms and they are very reliable. I figured Id use the C products for my range mags, I wont mind dropping them in the sand as much when I shoot matches, lol. I think the C products have a plastic follower as opposed to the metal follower in the Metalform, but I dont know how much difference that makes.

Cproducts mags are cheaper for a reason.

Never had any problems with the C products mags for my 6450. They were the Colt OEM mags there for a while.

I've got lots of problems with my older Metalform mags: bolt hold open doesn't work and most of them and a couple suffered from the "fountain of rounds" syndrome: load one up, tap the bottom, and all the rounds come squirting out. Causes a jam when shooting

Exactly! Cheaper so I can drop them in the sand and mud without worrying about messing up my metalforms. Same reasoning for modified Uzi mags.

I think the reason C products mags are cheaper now is they moved their business from CT (?) to Florida or something, screwed up their business.

This has been beat to death in the mag forum...

They are no doubt a lesser quality than the real GI mags from Brownells, NHMTG/Colt/Okay and others... and you can get those mags at that price on the EE here and from site sponsors so there is no reason not to. I had some CP mags and let them go, they were NOT up to the standards of reg. GI mags or PMags/Battlemags. I dont regret it one bit... will not buy again as long as there are alternatives that we have now...

We are talking 9mm mags here. PMags/Battlemags? GI mags? A 6450 is 9mm, FYI. To my knowledge,NHMTG/Colt/Okay as you say, never made 9mm mags. But I may be wrong. Please tell me if I am, I'm always looking for the best deal to feed the beast
Not trying to be a prick, but there arent a whole lot of "alternatives" for 9mm AR's. Metalform, C products, or modify Uzi mags. Thats it for the 6450, as far as I know. I wish the hell I could order up some Pmags in 9mm. I'm still waiting for the Pmags for an AK...I do have all the above for my 5.56 ARs. At least 2 dozen Pmags, and I have no idea how many of the GI style. Plus new springs and followers, base plates, etc. to last me my lifetime. You can never have too many mags, right?
