Guys,
I have a new, Colt LE6920 lower minus the buttstock that I'm thinking about parting with. After looking around to see what they're going for I'm still undecided on price or even if too sell it.

Your input is appreciated.

If you read my next post you'll understand why I'm considering selling the lower.

Thanks!

I sold a 6940 LE/Restricted lower for $525.00 minus a butt stock locally a couple months ago. Also, check out the EE for prices.

A vendor that we're apparently not allow to mention on this forum sells them for $265.
I have purchased two from him along with other Colt parts...never had a problem with him personally.

That's for a stripped lower, which the "unnamed" dealer hasn't had in stock for quite a while.

Looks to me like the OP is trying to sell a complete lower (minus buttstock), which said dealer sells for $499 (also long out of stock).

I grabbed two just a few months ago...saw as well that they are currently out of stock.

Gents-
Thanks for the input.
I sold one some time back, with the buttstock, for $575 shipped. It must've been an decent price because there were 2 others that made back up offers. Right now on GB'r there's a dealer selling the complete lower with accessory packs for $525 "buy it now". Which, IMHO, is a pretty good buy considering not long ago the lowers alone were bringing about $600 without the 2 mags, sling & qr sling stud

Rando,

When I was looking for them from dealers - $550 seemed like a "good" deal and $600 was not unusual. That was with a Rogers stock. I did not see any meaningful difference between SP and LE lower pricing.

It was only afterwards that I realized I was a sucker for buying them. At $500 for a stripped 6920 upper or $650 for a stripped 6940 upper, you add $150 for a BCM BCG ($200 for a Colt BCG seems to move pretty fast on EE) and $550 for a lower... I should have just bought a rifle new. I don't understand why people aren't buying 6920s just to part out.
