These rifles are a distributor exclusive but are Colt factory built guns.

I just bought myself a complete Colt 6920MP lower, and will be picking it up at the end of the month. It will go great with my new Colt upper I built with a SOCOM barrel I picked up on the EE here in November.
Mark it Zero!!

Meh. I consider my home built rifles up to mattyvac spec. A spec which cannot be achieved by assembly lines.

Mine are better

What's the chance of them putting out a SOCOM barreled M4 with a low profile gas block instead of a FSB?

so you can put a rifle together, better then the people that must meet in house QC, 3rd party QC and the Gov QC? and assemble rifles they know if they do it wrong US service members may die? not to mention have put together close to 10 million since the thing was 1st thought up

are you really that arrogant/ignorant or are you just joking? cause i just dont think you got the same experience those assembly line guys do

Zanders as well, from the dealer price listed I would say the MSRP is around $1750-1800, street price $1550-$1650 this is a guess though based off dealer price.

Colt assigned this gun a new part number.

This is the 6920SOCOMII it has a Daniel Defense Rail. There will be 1000 built in 2012 with one Distributor having committed to buying them all.

The 6920SOCOM will have a Knight Quad Rail. There are 5000 scheduled to be built and all distributors had a shot at buying these. As seen in earlier posts.
