Yes I had the postban one on fixed several guns while the ban was in place. I also converted an SL8 to a g36 and had this same brake pinned on. The thing is very effective at reducing recoil and is cheap. It is also really cool with lake city surplus ammo and makes a huge fireball on the sides which is good for pics. I never really noticed the fireball while shooting though.

I bought a bushmaster rifle and carbine with that brake on them during the ban and I do think they work to reduce recoil. I like them. I think they look pretty good on the guns too. During the day the flash is not really noticeable to me, but I don't know what the flash is at night because I have never shot them at night.

I picked one up on the EE and echo your experience so far. Works great to reduce recoil. |
