In regard to a pistol mounted RDS...
I know the 3 MOA dot will cover a 3 inch circle at 100 yards and a 6 MOA dot will cover a 6 inch chunk of the target at 100 yards. My question is: Visually/Optically how do the dots compare when you look at them through the RDS? Does the 6 MOA dot APPEAR TO BE twice as big as the 3 MOA? Is the 6 MOA ACTUALLY twice as big a dot? I have a 2 MOA dot on the Lucid HD7 mounted on my AR15 and, even with my tired old eyes, it's crisp and clear. Would the same be true of the 3 MOA dot on the Venom or would I be better off sacrificing the accuracy and switching to the 6 MOA on the Viper?
Thanks.

Never forget, even for an instant, that the one and only reason anybody has for taking your gun away is to make you weaker than he is, so he can do something to you that you wouldn't let him do if you were equipped to prevent it. This goes for burglars, muggers, and rapists, and even more so for bureaucrats, politicians and Presidents.
