New Product

NDS-45 2 position CAR buffer tubes

7075 T6 forgings

Mil-Spec diameter

Cut threads (not roll threads, sorry)

Here they are, done in XM Gray type 3 hardcoat

They are stamped with a single letter "N" to denote that they are our product, and not an original.

$50 + $5.25 shipping

shipping on qty 2 is $8.00

Or, shipping is free if purchased with any receiver. (qty 1)

Yes, our parts are tight, we did that on purpose.

Don't sweat it. It's a service rifle, not a Fabergé egg. "Hognose'

Looks awesome. Just ask you put a nice bevel on the edge around the aft end like the originals have.

This is the way they come from our supplier.

We may be able to incorporate that into the design if we do another run.

I will just have to settle for my two Original Colt two position tubes......that were drilled to make them into a 4 position tube...

BUT, these are really nice.

Ha ha - no safe per se actually. But for as much as I paid for the real tube and stock I don't like lugging it around.

So...you will take it off everytime you go to the range? Surely that's more likely to "damage" it than actually using it. Is the gun it's on an original Colt Carbine? If not, maybe you should consider selling it to somene with an original Colt who is in need of an original 2 position RE. Just a thought.

Something about these doesn't look right, like the last few threads should be machined almost flush with the OD of the tube.

Well, they are not an exact replica, and we went into it knowing this.

They are a new manufactured product adapted to an older style.

If you need a Colt tube they are out there.
