I placed my first order with Cope's Distributing during the 4th of July sale, and in addition to the most excellent prices, the service was top notch. Goodies arrived quickly (ordered 6/29, delivered 7/2) and other than a very minor (and easily overlooked when dealing with the # of items on my order) issue, they were exactly as described. When I contacted them, there was no hesitation as to making things right - in fact in my opinion they went above and beyond to do so. In light of what I continue to see with other businesses, it was refreshing to find another business with true customer service. This was my first order with Cope's, but it definitely won't be my last. Thank you for providing great service, you earned another customer.
