So you guys with the build AR's. What parts kit did you put inside that you thought was worthy of the Larue lower? Mine has been sitting since I got it, and its getting time to assemble!

I think they are all the same. That said, since mark didn't let us buy them from him I used a Anderson kit.

i used the BAD-ASS Bambi safety, BAD-CASS pivot and TD pins, LT MBT-2S trigger, and a generic bolt catch and mag release.

I like CMMG. I believe they use KNS turned pins in the newer kits. Very nice quality, in my opinion.

I'd use a dpms kit like larue uses...

Spikes or DD.
I also recently used an ALG minus trigger group and it was solid. |

I usually just use Colt LPG w/o FCG... for $50 typically why bother with some off-brand/unknown origin stuff...

I've only assembled a handful, but I was really happy with the quality of the Wilson Combat LPK.

Well on back order that is. Anyone else have one on order? Any clue as to when they will be shipping? That is the last thing I have to get to complete the 18" Stealth 2.0 RO SPR BuildAR build. Fair to say I am getting pretty excited to see this almost year long build come to a close and start shooting it. Pics to come soon. |
