I'm not sure who's been keeping up with the news in commie massachusetts but I might have to call out of work tomorrow due to a severe state of depression. The thought of not another Larue is debilitating, quick I need oxygen...

Terrible.
What does this mean if you currently own one of these rifles in that state? |

I'm hearing no private sales or transfers between private parties, no one really knows right now. The AG is basically just threatening dealers with a new re-interpretation of an 18 year old law, the dont do this or else... From how its looking at the moment no new purchases or transfers as of today 7-20, some dealers may not adhear to that but i've seen some pretty big dealers send out emails saying todays it. Full blown panic buying my LGS was blown out of every semi automatic rifle, everyones rushing to FA-10 stripped lowers (stupid mass laws). This could be bad, thankfully i've got a complete 18" stealth but I needed a .260 rem tobr. Dammit |

I have an orientation for a new local 1,000 yard range Sunday, was talking to a few of my shooting buddies earlier in the week and said "well, I guess now I need to get that .260 rem tobr". They only let you shoot as far as your round stays supersonic so it's looking like I can only take the .223 to 600 and the .308 to 800. My advice to others who may be on the fence, BUY NOW. Hillary gets in were all screwed, let this be an example.
Now as of yesterday, this. I thought California got screwed, we got raked over the coals with no warning. I do have a .308 lower so I can technically get a TOBR upper (if it's compatible with DPMS lowers) or a stealth 7.62 barrel if they ever become available. Love my Larue lower though, i'd part with everything before that. Also, there's something about a complete larue as opposed to a hodgepodge on another lower, complete larue's you just need to have a moment of silence with. Hopefully all this doesn't hold up but by the way it's playing out the republican Governor doesn't have much pull and is even on record as taking kindly to the current AWB restrictions. All hell has broken loose, i'll have to stop at my LGS on my lunch break to see if they building is still standing. |

Similar language (enforcement) as the so-called SAFE Act here in New York. Which of course became the template for Connecticut....and quickly became Gavin Newsome's
brain child in California. We are fighting it brothers....but we need you to help! Call, write, email and/or visit the local offices of your state officials to respectfully make your opposition known. From behind enemy lines here in NY.... Joe |

The spineless governor (who is a republican) came out today in a radio interview and said he thinks the AG was within her rights, and more or less supported the decision.
That might be all she wrote, not sure who else has any pull the rest are democrats. I know this is Massachusetts but you guys are witnessing the unthinkable, no new laws passed or a second though POOF no more AR's (or possibly no semi-automatics period). Scary what can be done. |

You cannot argue the FACTS with these people, you need to FEEL the despair those evil black rifles have on the people.
An emotion driven propaganda movement by progressive left wing bed wetting liberals who will do anything to disarm the Law abiding citizens no matter how many lies they have to spew. Eletistes who look down on America from behind their armed gated communities. Rhino governors included. I don't believe anything short of full blown anarchy will get these scumbags to change their simple minds. Vote them all out. God save Massachusetts. |

You need to move to a friendly state, sad but these Blue states have become so indoctrinated with liberalisms that it has reached critical mass, marxism is bursting at the seams wherever your go.
Get to a Red state and get involved, these liberal hippies like to entrench themselves into every institution from churches to school boards. Stop the infection before it starts. |

These types have always been around but less tolerated in the past. Problem is, no one wants to stand up to their local politics to keep these people from grabbing power in the first place. Anyone remember the guys that pulled the citizen arrest card of a county board by violating procedure? I had known Kent for a few years before and one thing the guy taught me to start holding those accountable. Read and familiarize your states municipal code, pretty basic, then familiarize you county and town/city code. Then go sit and just watch a board meeting a few times with a buddy. You will notice how few people are really around there keeping an eye on their boards. Ask for financial records and look at their accounting, why rely on who they pick for an audit. You would probably be shocked how they are using city credit accounts for one. But start holding their feet for the fire and don't be afraid to threaten the use of law when they break it and spread the word to neighboring communities and get them to follow suit and spread the word.
