Started to spread the word at work today.
Was talking to one of the mechanics, knew he was planning a couple builds. Told him about the sale. His eyes lit up. He told me that he never considered Larue, because the barrels are always out of his price range. He opined that only the pilots could afford Larue barrels. Me thinks there will be plenty of barrels heading out here to Vegas for the pilots and mechs shortly. Might have to do a build party. |

I've got a WOA 18" SPR barrel, a 12" Stealth, and a 16" tAR barrel. I think the LT barrels shoot a little bit tighter groups. Plus a 14.5" for the RO Stealth 2.0 upper, both on order. I went from the Spikes NiB trigger and JP yellow/red spring kit to the MBT and it closed my groups a good amount. The Spikes trigger while nice had a good amount of creep compared to the MBT that just breaks like glass. Now I am building a rifle for the lady with a tAR barrel and MBT trigger. I would order a set of LT rails but I am trying to keep it really light weight so maybe some M-Lok handguards on the horizon possibly before X-mas? It will got great with the QD scope mounts MBT and tAR barrel. |

My timing sucks!
I just bought a Lothar Walther before ordering my MBT, thereby depleting my AR fundage temporarily. Wait! If this is a 4th of July sale, that means it will run through the 4th! I can print save more money by then. |

A light weight was the original idea, but an 18" stealth is the only bbl I could see going in the stealth 2.0 RO. Anything else is just not conceivable for this first addition release of Stealth 2.0 RO. |

Anyone know what adjustable gas blocks that will work with predatar barrel?

I wonder how long the sale will last. Probably wont get the funds until June. Need to finish a Father's Day gift.

View Quote Wow, I ordered on 5/10 and am still pending, good for you. I guess spending over 15K at LaRue is not enough to get the speedy service I did order a billet upper with it so maybe that's why it is taking extra time or maybe they are waiting to ship it with the trigger I ordered earlier this month. lol Yeah, I know. |

so how does this barrel compare to say a bcm stainless?

I bought a 16" Stealth barrel last year when they went on sale. Easily the most accurate barrel I own. When I saw the post that these were on sale again, it was an insta-buy decision for me.
18" Stealth should be here tomorrow. Thanks Mark. |

Not that a 20" stealth barrel need a brake, but what do you guys like on the end of your barrels? Is the basic A2 as good as any?

I am thinking that this sale will deplete the supply of uppers that don't have the M4 Cuts. I ordered two barrels last year during both sales. The Stealth was first, and then my Tar. I actually like my Tar better. No complaints at all. I have been waffling on getting another barrel. But I don't know what I would get rid of.
