... care what you think.
I recently had a pretty in depth conversation with ML, and was taken back by his downright DGAF attitude. At first I was honestly offended and somewhat pissed at how he acted but then I remembered... He doesn't care, and rightfully so. ML need not cater to anyone. He's got no need to go out of his way and bend over backwards for everyone... but guess what. He does. He goes out of his way because he wants to make a product you can depend on, and if your name was on a product you made, you would too. ML is quite possibly the most stand up guy in the industry and his reputation wasn't built overnight. His company is older than me. This tells me all I need to know. The more I thought about it, Mark's demeanor is exactly what I would expect from a precision rifle building, A-type personality, Texan. The grit that shines through the personality of this guy is reminiscent of what this country yearns for: someone who doesn't care about feelings. Someone who makes a living making things people want, puts quality before profit, and supports the industry he profits from. If youve not bought a Larue product, and think Mark doesn't quite deserve your business... think again, and rest assured he doesn't really care. |

All this time and I never realized he didn't care. I just thought he didn't know anything about 1911s, or suppressors.

Re: barrels, triggers, etc. - I'm not sure if LaRue Tactical really needed to make a number of the things they chose to make, but I have no doubts that they'll do a damn good job with all of it and I'm willing to buy them. |
