There is a thread in the "NFA" sub forum on TOS documenting two cases of the referenced gas port size, plus a quoted CS email confirming the port size.
I'm disappointed to say the least.

I took advantage of the recent sale (thanks Mark!) and ordered a 12" stealth for a suppressed SBR project. I'm planning out the build and I am looking at adjustable gas blocks like the Govnah, SLR, etc. Can anyone tell me the gas port diameter on a 12" stealth?
Way to big...
They're being reported to be in the 0.092 range. Why LT would put a rifle gas port in a 12" carbine barrel is beyond me.
Hoping someone can confirm or deny this? Thanks.

I have seen the post in question. While I appreciate the opinion of members from both AR15.com and TOS, I will once again say, DESPITE it being over gassed, I still have not had any issues with my 12" Stealth system which is ONLY shot suppressed and does not currently wear an adjustable gas block.
It IS over gassed, but it still performs well. Groups impressively and has not had any failures. I would love to do some testing to see how it reacts to an adjustable block or if there was a smaller size port on the same barrel, but right now it's just not an option. Maybe in the next few weeks I can see about an adjustable gas block. I do have 2 unused ones sitting on my work bench, but they are not reliable at all. I'd like a higher quality part for a rifle like the 12" Stealth.
