It doesn't seem to say anywhere, but what is the policy with duplicate numbers? First one to post the number is the only one eligible?

View Quote The 1st poster with the winning number will get assigned the number "1", the 2nd poster will get "2" and so on. The RNG will then pick a number from the total number of posters of that number. That choice will win the contest. Clear as mud? |

Statistically, that seems to give an advantage to those who pick a number that no one else has (someone duplicated my number 10 minutes after I posted, doh!)
Unique number = 1/4000 chance Number picked twice = 1/4000 * 1/2 = 1/8000 chance Perhaps I should change it? |

Just checked the LaRue page for the trigger. Only 302 entries thus far.
I like those odds. |

Anybody else had an issue with the LaRue Website ?
Using Google Chrome : When I tried the Facebook share, I got a API error. When I tried the option to send a link, I got an error : The page at widget.rafflecopter.com says : Just share this Link : ERROR When I tried IE, the Facebook, Twitter, and Email links do not even show up. The option for a link works fine. When I tried Firefox, the Facebook link generates the same error. The option to send a link does work. API Error Code: 100
API Error Description: Invalid parameter
Error Message: link is not properly formatted

Very cool trigger.
If I don't win I can see one going in my next build anyway. |

Mark, I see that the contest is set up so that everyone can enter through Facebook everyday.
Will there be a new Arfcom thread (for entering our lucky numbers) everyday? Or are you just pulling numbers from that thread all month long? Thanks for the opportunity to win by the way! |
