I missed the party Can someone tell me how much these sold for? Is there a way I can get emails when people post to this thread so I don't miss the next opportunity? Thanks! 425 plus 7 and change for shipping. I opted for the 11 and change shipping just so they don't have to go to the Post Office first. |

Not on mine. Tracking shows UPS signature confirm. The trigger is coming UPS surepost but as I have another UPS delivery the day it would be transferred to USPS they'll just deliver it. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted:

So I went and checked my account. Lower scheduled for Monday, trigger for Tuesday. Both are already in town as of 5:30am today. eta: My last Larue order that transferred to surepost actually showed up a day early, So it wouldnt surprise me to see them both get delivered on the same day anyways. |

Fingers crossed for serial numbers not ending in "13" .... as long as that doent happen, all will be well in the world.

For those lucky enough to a get a lower.....like me, are there LPK's out there that you would choose to match the quality of the LT lower? I opted for the MBT option, so I don't need a trigger. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I would like to know this as well. I will go the Form 1 if I have to, but a Form 4'd lower would be mo' betta I don't think there is any way to sell a stripped receiver as a factory SBR. I'm resigned to lazering my lower with trust info. Seems like I saw some of those in the "just-in-case" bin .... Whoa whoa WHOA!!! Mark, my order is still in "compliance" status, are you saying I could call in for a Factory SBR lower????? That would be over the top. I know the shop is closed right now, but just say the word and I'll call in tomorrow to get it all started. My staff just got around to telling me that I was WRONG !!! What if one was to order a upper at same time could you factory SBR it? How about allowing everyone who posted in this thread prior to you selling lowers again to order a lower first? |

What if one was to order a upper at same time could you factory SBR it? How about allowing everyone who posted in this thread prior to you selling lowers again to order a lower first? View Quote When John called me back, he told me that for NFA purposes, ATF considers Factory SBRs to be complete weapons, not just a lower or a lower and a few parts on an upper. For it to be "legal" (in accordance with ATF's edicts), you'd have to order a complete stealth upper (not just a stripped upper) with the lower. For those of us looking for 300blk, that's not really an option..... unless of course, Mark decides to start offering 300blk uppers. Either way, I've resigned myself to going the Form 1 route and then adding on whatever Mark eventually decides to offer in the way of 300blk parts, be it barrels, stealths, or tOBR uppers. Getting the NFA approval before 41P is paramount, and I can't say "thank you" enough to Mark & crew for getting these lowers out before the hammer drops. To be perfectly honest, the Form 1 route might actually be a lot quicker, considering you wouldn't have to wait for the Form 3 to clear from LaRue to your dealer before starting the Form 4 process (you'd just mail off the Form 1 after receiving your lower). |
|
When mine arrives, I plan to Form 1 ASAP and then get a Stealth Upper for it sometime after.

No luck today. Mine came in today. I got the dreaded delay. Mine still shows payment received. I emailed a copy the FFL, but I didn't call Juli. Should I have? If you have payment received you should be good to go. Otherwise it would show as compliance call Juli. Mine will be shipping today. But since I live in California it will be another 10 days after I do the paperwork. |
