The only exception to this is the 14.5" for p/w muzzle device option." "All rifle orders are leaving with standard BLACK furniture, trigger (based on model configuration) and A2 FH (ONLY exception is the 14.5 models which require a P/W muzzle device). All additional components ordered will be shipped for customer install." The second comment was posted after I requested OD green furniture and a CTR stock upgrade (when I responded to the 'ready to build' email)... so no dice on OD furniture; however, it only took a few minutes for them to nail my credit card. Ummmm they responded to you referencing the predatobr series.
There is no 14.5 predatar. All predatars arrivingas of late are green Unless this a new change in the last few weeks. |

Let me shed a little light on this....
My buddy just ordered a Pred 556 last week and was told that the Pred would ship with Black Furniture. Sorry to burst any bubbles... |

To LaRue's credit, I was notified back in January: On NEW rifle orders (yours is included in this list).....we build all rifles to standard spec with black furniture and A2 FH. The only exception to this is the 14.5" for p/w muzzle device option.
I interpreted this as how it would be built if I did not specify. I was wrong. So it's basically another $125 to get the OD green furniture - on a rifle that used to ship in OD green... no thanks. |

Interesting. I remember seeing the change in color on the website a while ago and emailed them asking what the deal was. I gave them my order number from Dec '12 and was told it was coming in black. I hope it comes in the OD green as thats what I orignally wanted. Really dont want to drop another $100+ in changing that. I didnt even know you could request a color since there is no drop down for it.

I have already bought a shitload of PINK stuff for it for her. If it comes in with OD green (slim chance in Hell of that) I would be willing to trade for your black furniture if you still have not found a resolution. Straight up trade, no money. I'll take the black and you can have the OD green if that is what it shows up with. Now, I have been waiting a long time as well you have too... so I doubt I'll get so lucky as to have it arrive in OD green. But if it does, I'll search you out and see if you have what you need or want at that time. I know its a long way off still but it gives us both something else to look forward to. Once this one is dressed in Pink I doubt it will ever see or need the OD Green or Black furniture ever again, so there will be no need for me to hold on to that OD green if it will suit your needs better... Not trying to be a SuperMan here, just trying to put some light at the end of a tunnel none of can see. (Hope it all works out for us both). |

Hope this is not a stupid question. Anyone know what the turn around time is on the 16 inch Predatobr is?

Considering you were ten feet away from the target you should have just thrown it at him while drawing your pistol. Then you could see how much you trusted your handgun proficiency with your gun laying there next to it. |
