Terrible photos (looks a lot better in person) but wanted to dress up my nearly finished .25-223 hunting upper a bit. Need to re-burn a new cover because the laser was out of focus a bit but liking this. I'm definitely addicted to LT gear. Saving pennies for a 12" ORB 5.56. A buddy is hounding me to make him a 7.62 sized one for his OBR, giving that a try next.

Why 7.62? Because when the shootin' starts, people tend to hide behind things.

Beautiful. I'm thinking the OBR 556 I ordered will need one.

I think you should send ML your resume. Custom dillo dust covers, custom dillo mags, custom dillo dillos oh my.

Regarding your penny saving, I'd suspect the employee benefit plan includes a discount on OBR purchases.

Not yet. I have a 16" OBR Lite that I ordered on announcement day, it still remains unfired. I wish that I had waited until the 12" information had surfaced but do not regret getting the 16" considering its test target is 0.182". Haven't found any "in hands" photos yet. 12" OBR Lite, KAC Tripple Tap, KAC QDSS-NT4, (perhaps SureFire setup), and T-1/LT-751... How perfect would that be? I have a dream.

Why 7.62? Because when the shootin' starts, people tend to hide behind things.

He means 4 12" OBR 5.56. He is going to have a vest sewn up like in Boondock Saints to go under his trench coat. Except instead of pistols it will be 4 OBRs. Perhaps I'm reading too much into that...

This is correct. I know, because Kujoe is one of my best friends and I put that frankenAR together for him as his first AR. IIRC, Stag upper on RRA lower.

The dust cover looks bad ass. If there is no problem with LT about you making and/or selling these, I would be in for a couple of them as well. Very nice work.
