Trying to bring this thread back in the hopes of getting an update on the LaRue 6.5 Grendel Stealth upper availability. I don't remember seeing an update from LT emails..................

Thanks and, for the very little it is worth, I'd love to get me one of them LT 6.5 uppers!

+2

I will purchase a 6.5 grendel stealth upper from larue as soon as they decide to sell them. Which also means that I would purchase another Larue Stealth Lower and Larue scope mount.

I'm listening, and we're gonna get to it, just can't say when ... but I can guarantee it will be soon as possible.

OOPS!

I would be remiss if I did not encourage everyone to remember our veterans and their sacrifices this Memorial Day.

Especially those that gave the ultimate sacrifice.

God Bless America!

Thanks to you and your guys at Team Larue, I put my own Larue Stealth 6.5Grendel and 6.8 SPC Stealth upper together. I did a write up on them here:

I'm going to Montana in September 2010 to hunt elk and muley. I was thinking i'd use a OSR or order a G.A.P. .308, but if there is a larue 6.5 upper i would really have to reconsider

Selling a scope package with something calibrated to a 6.5 would be sweet as well.

My buddy is in the market for a 6.5 upper since I've been showcasing mine. I'm guessing soon he'll be able to one up me on this one. Unless I buy a 6.5 OSR too.

Been reading recently about the 6.5 Grendel, Hornady jumped on board for the ammo part of the equation, just need LaRue and the Stealth.

Bring it home!

How accurate do you figure a Larue built 16" 6.5 Stealth platform would be out to 400-600 yards (vs going for an 18-20")? The answer will have an effect on my OS-, err, Optimized Sniper Rifle configuration, as I don't want my 6.5 "middle" rifle ending up longer than my "big" rifle :)

So you went and killed this buck yet or not? Hurry up and build the Grendel im sick of waiting on a decision

Negative on the waiting buck ...

But I got an illegal dinner pic of the elk in roast form ...

1.) No fork / utensils (big fail there)
2.) No ruler / tape measure (even though, you guys have been letting that one slide)
3.) No spare mag
4.) No rifle (The killin' machine was off-site)
5.) Wine, albeit local, instead of beer (I know, I know, obscure micro-brews acceptable, Shiner Bock the norm)
6.) Meat to starch ratio off (needs way more meat)

But Merry Christmas to all, and all a good night.

Now I gotta get over there and pick this year's winner for the Christmas Stealth.
