Any SBR Blackout uppers on the horizon?

The 300 blackout has me interested. If the ammo just gets out there more, and the price drops (to around 5.56 levels) I'm gonna jump on it. Also the advantage of only needing the 300 barrel to upgrade is awesome.

Spikes is making some 300 Blk uppers. I would be interested in one, but would want it to come with a 9-10" barrel w/ a flash hider that is setup to take a suppressor.

what length are you looking for? 9-10.5". I want to use a suppressor and would like for it to have a flash hider/muzzle brake that is ready to accept one. Isn't Spikes making a 300 blk upper with a 9" barrel? |
|
I'd even be in for just a nice, short, concentrically threaded .300blk barrel.
But with .300blk the sweet spot is, IMO, 8-9". |

I would be in for a Spikes 300 blk upper in 8-9" range with a 7" bar rail. It would be even better if it had a 51T AAC brake on it or if you stocked those.

Yes, full capacity STANAG mags at that. Only requires a barrel change. Uses 5.56 cases cut down. |

I would like to see it with a 9 inch rail since it is going to have an 8 inch barrel. I don't have a .30 cal can yet so I'd just have a flaming pig tucked under the rail

Consider a stripped barrel assembly an option here too. I have the rest of the parts to build my 300 now––-however it's going to be probably 6wks before I see my suppressor.

vaporware? as I own one, and many others own Spikes .300 blackout uppers. it wouldn't be vaporware |
