Man I love OpsCore kit but their customer service sucks dog balls. I'm glad I never sent my Fast Base Jump (whatever the hell that's supposed to mean) helmet in. I'm just gonna wave my magic wand and poof, call it a Bump helmet.
I've worked in the industry before and I can just imagine what's going on here. This initiative seems to have no visibility or accountability, so nothing is getting done, on a daily basis. I saw the same stuff going on at the company I worked for. We had this cage full of stuff like this, and one customer service rep, who came back to the cage and worked it, packing up stuff for shipping, when he wasn't taking calls! So the manpower just wasn't allotted to get it done in a timely manner. Don't know if that's the sit here, but can imagine.
Getting the production out is priority one. Taking care of older stock, especially for CIVILIANS is a very low priority. It was where I worked and I'm guessing it's the same here.
But hey, OpsCore prove me wrong and get this shit squared away. And I'll post that as well. Not trolling for your comp here.
