When does the charge for the pre order go through. Immediately or when it ships?
|
|
I'm sure it's like other pre orders. It gets charged right away.
Man wish I had know about theses before buying a atpial. Oh well I'd probably end up with both anyways. |
|
CC charged at order. We do Pre-Orders for those wishing to be first on the list to receive the first units especially for items going to be in such high demand at the onset. Thank you.

Vic View Quote Thank you. Sold my D2 and preordered one of these from you guys. The LED on the D2 was a concern to me with adversary being able to see it, as epic as it was. (LEO use) Is there any more info on the Y cable and if there is going to be a surefire compatible one immediately available or if it is surefire compatible out of the box? |

Is there another mount to get these things to sit lower on the rail or are the lower profile than the original i2?

Vic, I'm very interested in hearing about this unit's IR illumination compared to the ATPAIL-C. I understand that some people have complained about the non-uniform nature of the ATPAIL's illumination beam which is a result of manufacturing process to keep the laser illumination eye-safe. I'm curious to see how Steiner overcame this challenge, and if their solution is any better than Insight's.
I'm torn between these two options with a slight edge to the A3 over the ATPAIL due to its visible green laser, superior mounting mechanism, and possibly better IR illumination. |

View Quote Great question and one I'm interested in hearing the answer to as well. I also think there are some members here who will own both units and be able to provide feedback between the two. Obviously TNVC can shed light on this in a more timely manner though. The A3 really has my eye. |

Not as yet...Eric should be the first guinea pig to get out with it.

Has Steiner dropped their Foliage green color or is it only for the military?
Any chance we can possibly get it for the C1 A3? |

Vic,
What are the odds you have any of those blue hex head safety switch screws laying about? Also, does Steiner still offer the IR pattern generators and the AA batter adapter cap that LDI did? I couldn't find them on the TNVC website. |
