I have spoken to rainier arms, The first time I called the young female who answered the phone was rude and directed me to wait an additional hour to speak to a manager.
The manager did not take care of the issue and told me to have a nice day.
The issue: I placed an order for a match barrel ,adjustable gas block and gas tube on a Thursday which they shipped on the day the order
was placed. Friday night I went to their web site to check if the gas block was equipped with a roll pin and to my surprise the three items were on sale
for $46 less.I had to wait until Monday to call because they were closed. That Is when my issue began, The manager I spoke with advised that he would not give
me the difference back and refused to give a store credit. I told the manager that I had not receive delivery of the order an I would refuse the package.
He said that was fine but I would have pay shipping.I stood to loose either way, so I decided to accept the order, another mistake.
The barrel extension ring was dinged,the muzzle threads were dinged and the barrel has no markings that it is a match barrel, no markings it is a 1:10 twist.
I installed it and it won't group for anything.
I came here and got the attention of Rainier Arms and they wanted to give me "swag" whatever that is.
With the way I am being treated by this company I have no belief that sending back this barrel they will honor the 90 day guarantee.
