these clamp to the barrel we could make one for the yugo it would just have to be slightly longer. I tried it on my yugo and it works great it just needs to be slightly longer to look perfect. we could make some in the future .

Thanks for the answer on how it mounts - that's what I figured. It looks really nice, since it's so low and close to the rifle and not all poking up/out like the Chicom crap ones. Very nice indeed. |

The measurement is 1/2 inch. that is a boat load in this business but not the end of the world for a new part .I think the next run we could machine some up and see how they go I think I will run some Krink length (very short) to

I'm testing one of the currently, and so far I'm pretty impressed. It is rock solid, and installation is pretty straight forward. I'm going to try to do an installation writeup like I did here... MI-20 Installation Guide I'm behind on a few different projects, so it might take a little while.

Will this work with a Saiga-308? The barrel dia under the handguard is 21.85mm (.86") on my rifle. The Saiga-308 has a thicker barrel than the typical 7.62x39mm AK barrel.

that barrel is much bigger than the 7.62x39 . we can currently fit .750 down the middle at the max. we can effectively clamp to .720. this as all new parts is a work in progress so we will be releasing new models when the needs arise. thank you

So does it work on a Saiga without the original HG retainers or does it not? I like the rail and the price, but need to make sure it will fit my app.
BTW, a Saiga specific version (longer, like a metal version of the tapco saiga handguard), would be AWESOME. |

I am doing print changes today for the yugo. I would say 8 weeks . the O.D green for the other rifles are on the shelf.
