after I changed to a Bresser optic. I think it makes it look much better

I cut some random curves into the side of a cardboard box(left of rifle), to use as a sort of stencil. I put down a mesh bag(top right of pic) on top of the rifle to get the snake skin look.

I loosely taped the bag on the reverse side to keep it in place, but it was still able to shift slightly, which gives the sort of 3D double edges.

I put the cardboard on the rifle and sprayed down the curved edge randomly, and moved over the rifle using different parts of the box, and different colors.

using the box gives a sharp line on one side and a fade on the other, and depending on how close to the edge you spray, you can get thinner or thicker shapes

My first AR15, a virgin stag 2L. Haven't added any goodies to it yet, just got it yesterday.

So far I love but..did the "factory zero" guy take a nap when setting mine? wasn't a big deal i just expected it to be a little closer.

The new Model 3G. I changed out the stock to a ACE SOCOM model and the grip to a ERGO deluxe to fit my fat fingers.
