Finally got to hit the range with my Mod 1 installed. I have to say the grip angle is a huge improvement but the thinness of the grip makes it feel less secure over a MOE or a MIAD. Here's to hoping for a thicker Mod 2

Here's to hoping for a thicker Mod 2 Agreed. I'm used to MOE / MIADs w/medium back strap and the BCM Mod 1 is definitely thinner up top. Brings my trigger finger a bit too far forward for my comfort. Also, if BCM is open to suggestions, I would appreciate that the back of the grip have the same horizontal grip pattern as the front to reduce slip in that area. |

The Mod0 doesn't have the extended backstrap but it's the same width I believe. |

I may have to replace the grips on all of my rifles now. I got to ask you since I know your stuff sees serious use that mine never will, how are the TD ARC Magazines performing for you? I have seen more than one picture now where your rifle had one. Thanks. |

To clarify Im talking about the width side to side of the grip. The trigger reach or the front to back length isnt a huge issue to me but I would like a fatter grip. Also texturing the backstrap would be a good idea. |

Is OD gonna be a future option?

Got my Foliage Mod 0 today, love it! Great upgrade from the MOE-K, which I thought was too thin and short.
The thickness and width on this grip is perfect for my hands. The "lop" is a tiny bit short, as my trigger rests about on the first knuckle without "chicken fingering," but that doesnt bother me much. The FG is a close match to my VLTOR Emod, if that matters to you guys. Cant wait to test it at the range. |

Here's to hoping for a thicker Mod 2 I too have used the new Mod 1 so far and do like it. However i am praying for a "Mod 2" to come out with the extended backstrap but thicker. It seems as though many people are commenting on the very short trigger reach. This is my thought as well and i dont even have large hands. I have been running MIADs for a while with the B2 backstrap installed. If the BCM grip had a more beefy back strap it wou.d be ideal... well for me at least. Like others have said, grips are personal preference, but this request seems like there is much feedback for it. |

Sorry for the delay- don't visit here very often I have been using the TangoDown ARC mags since they were in the prototype stage. Right now i have 100 in the line up, with several having 10k rds through them., Aside from two issues with the prototypes, we have not had a single issue with them. Understand that while i run only BCM guns now, i have also run them through Colt, LMT, LWRCI and S&W guns. I provide the ARC Mags to students who need mags, and they use them in whatever guns they bring to class (and fortunately, we no longer see many hobby guns) I have complete faith and confidence in the ARC mags. We use ARC and PMAG's pretty much excusively. If i run metal mags, i use D&H. mags. I am satisfied with those magazines Hope this helps |

The only way the math seems to work is if only one magazine was used for every evolution and you knew exactly how much ammo the student brought to class and how much ammo he had left at the end of the class. I loaned him a 7 mags for a 1200 round class so that mag has 1200 rounds through it clearly doesnt work. Such calculations result in greatly exaggerated "round counts" for firearms/optics/mags. So I assume you have come up with a more exact way. If so can you share? |

Got mine.
Front strap insert does not fit flush with the grip body on the left side. Anyone else experianced a simular problem? I'll probably file it down so it fits flush. ETA: Rather than modify it its going back to BCM for exchange. |

Damn. I know it's Gucci-mall-ninja sounding, but I wish the color matched other FDE stuff (Magpul, Ergo, etc) a bit closer. Since I have my entire rifle Cerakoted in "Magpul FDE", the lighter tan grip really stands out.
