After I placed an order, i got email saying sorry for the delay (not even a week i think) but they only had 1 item in stock and it was a demo. Since they couldnt find a new one, theyre sending me the demo free of charge!!! How in the heck is that for great customer service! Ben |

Well there hasn't been a "BravoCompany is Great" post in a little while so let me pick up the slack..
All 4 order's I've placed have been exactly what I expected.. quick, the right product and without fluff.. Had a small issue with a small part not making it in the origional shipment.. Paul took right care of that without any flak. After all of this, I guess I can even forgive that he was a Jarhead! Seriously, thanks Paul, you're keeping the faith that so many other's don't even seem to be aware of. BTW - I'm addicted to MI rails now thanks to you! |

brand new member Here who also found Bravo Company through the site.
Outastanding service considering the day after I ordered it was still pending, due to my ordering crap at night in the dark and miss reading my CC expire date. I called in late in the afternoon straightened that out and today recieved my 10pak of 30 round mags, tac sling, slip 2000 and a way cool Bravo company Mousepad as a bonus gift. well done BC, |

I ordered a handful of parts from Bravo 2 weeks ago. When my shipment arrived, I noticed that there was a carbine buffer that I did not order included and the mil-spec buffer extension tube that I DID order was not included. I sent Paul an email asking him how I should return the buffer and to let him know that my buffer tube was missing. He replied the next day (on a Sunday) and told me that he would drop the tube in the mail the next day and that I should keep the buffer that I didn't order or pay for. I have always gotten awesome personalized service from Paul and I've been recommending Bravo Company to all my my AR and OLL-owning friends. Thanks Paul!

great customer service. long story short, i ordered the wrong DD lite rail over a month and a half ago (never used it waiting on the barrel), and i emailed paul last week explaining that the rail was the wrong one. i told him i would pay the difference and shipping for the other rail. he said no problem, and i had it 2 days after he got the other rail back. |

This was my first experience with Bravo Company. I will not be my last. These guys are great. My order was processed in one day and had my stuff in 2-3 days. That is what I call service. I was able to finish my new build with my new LMT upper and MI parts. Thanks again guys.
