When placing an order online, There are a few things you can do to make things go more smoothly, and quickly.
When i open a box it should have the following: A list of what the box contains, (a 14.5" barrel and a YHM 5C1 FH for perm install) Your name Your Email Your Phone # As much info about what you what done as posible. (i cannot have to much info) I have seen many boxes that have arrived with barrels poking out the side, holes in the box, missing caps on shipping tubes etc. Please properly pack all boxes. Example: If you are placing an order to have your barrel threaded (pistol, rifle, whatever) and you plan on using a suppressor, please mention what model suppressor you will be using. what barrel length you would like. what length of thread you need (if you know) what thread pitch you would like (1/2-28, 1/2-36, 5/8-24 etc.) Note: if you have an email conversation with steve or dave, but do not place an order online, i do not know what you want done. When i open a box and it says something like "steve please perform the services we talked about in our previous emails". I will search our database for your name if i do not find a match your box goes into a state of limbo. Steve receives ALOT of emails and they go away rather quickly. When i ask steve or dave " do you know what XXXXX wants done?" and they cant find the old emails, your box can sit for days or weeks until i get confirmation as to what service you want performed. If you follow all the proper steps your order will ship in roughly 3-5 days, and steve dave and my life will be much easier. Thanks to all our customers we appreciate your business and look forward to helping more of you out in the future. |

I'll add that your order MUST BE PLACED ON LINE. I dont care who you are, what you want, or what information you put in the box. Order online HERE
If you send all your info, without placing the order on-lne its just going to sit in the corner until we get around to contacting you, or you call looking for your order. We dont take time away from customers who followed the directions to help those who dont. We have a great assembly line way of doing things, that has been turning out work very fast. 1. The customer submits the order online. 2. We received the box. 3. We match the box/name to the order online and make sure all is well. 4. The requested work is performed. 5. The customers card is charged, and the item is shipped. If we dont have the order on-line to match up, we skip it and move on to the next order. When we get time in a week or so(depending on work load), then we'll try to track down the mystery packages owner. Also - - You can not check out without accepting or declining the additional $2 insurance coverage. If you decline the insurance, and something is lost or damaged, it's your loss not mine. Last thing - - For PETE's SAKE, use some common sense when shipping your stuff. A gift wrapping tube with masking tape over the ends is not way to ship a barrel. If you have a 16" barrel, and a 14" box - - get a bigger box!!! We get 2 or 3 boxes every month with the muzzles sticking out the side, often damaged. In the past we fix the damage at our expense because its easier than the customer blaming us for a damaged muzzle. From now on, if the barrel is sticking out the box, I will refuse delivery. |

aww man, I wish I read this before I shipped off my upper.
I sent off an upper to you guys last week (LMT 14.5) to get a Vortex FH perma-installed. Steve and I talked via E-mail for a short bit and I figured everything was in good order but it completely skipped my mind that I should've put a letter with the upper. Any word on how long it would take without the proper info? I know he has my CC# and my address, but if he needs anything else, please let me know. ![]() |

if you placed the order online, and your name/address is on the outside of the box you should be OK. One of the common problems is when people use shipping outlets like box shops and such. Usually the return address/name on the box will be that address and not the customers. If theres nothing inside, then we wont know what to do with it or whose it is. |

I'm having trouble filling out your on-line form. I have selected what I want done and hit Load but then the form clears. I want to ship you a barrel and an upper and a two inch flashhider. I want the flashhider permanently installed and the barrel installed in the upper. Thanks. Scott

Well darn.
I knew better, but rushed geting my barrel and FSB for pinning and KG Kote out to you folks. I didn't read all the directions and thus neglected to send a letter. I did include a printout of the order checkout screen, hopefully including the checkout order was sufficient. The barrel was packed properly and FedEx did deliver it. The white box was the same one an ADCO upper was deliverd to me in; however no customer name or return address was on the box, only the order paperwork on the inside. Order No. 82135520. Sorry I didn't flollow the rules, I know what a pain in the ass the customer can be...I really didn't intend to be that guy...
EDIT: Just received the shipping notice from Steve. Wow, you folks are fast! |

I see you offer M4 ramps in the barrel extension, do you also make matching cuts in the upper? I have a Stag 6.8 with no ramps......

I screwed up on this part
Q. Who is responsible for the shipping boxes? A. The customer is responsible for making sure the box they ship the parts in is durable enough for the return trip, and that the finished product fits back in the box. Order No. 9869776, I sent my 11.5" barrel, upper, rail, and G5 bilock out to be assembled. But the box isn't going to be big enough to ship it back. Can you guys charge me extra for a larger box? I'm sorry for the inconvenience. |

NO, we are going to KEEP your upper until such time as a suitable box can be sent by YOU.
That is what i call a kidding moment. We will find a box to make sure you get your upper back, at no additional charge. |
