We're working through military validation testing with the primary customer right now, and they will likely soak up a good bit of early production.
We are planning on late spring for US commercial availability.

As someone who recently experienced just that, it can be kind of a big deal. In my case, I was readying for a 3-gun stage, inserted a full 42 rounder, and what the... a live round comes flying out the open ejection port upon insertion! WTF? I didn't even slam it that hard - the clock hadn't started yet. I can only imagine when things are hot, people are going to be slamming mags home pretty vigourously, and that's the worst time imaginable to have a round jump up. I bet half the time it doesn't jump out of the gun like mine did, but instead causes a jam on the reload, at the worst of times.
So yea, I consider that alone to be a notable enough feature to justify the project.
After experiencing that, I will be getting at least a few PMag AUG mags, since they mentioned correcting that was one of the design criteria. Don't get me wrong, I like my waffle mags. I'll probably continue to use them as my primary, since I like translucent mags and they're 100% once in the gun. But I'm going to be more thoughtful now on mags I expect to be used for stress reloads.
