Come to think of it, I don't think I've ever met my UPS driver, he seems to only come when I'm at work. My neighborhood is actually really good, gang bangers are not even remotely a problem.
The problem is Del-Ton, they specifically instruct UPS not to drop shipments, apparently because they think their products will get stolen or customers will falsely claim they were stolen. Either way, Del-Ton isn't my problem anymore, not going to bend over backwards to give them my money. Whether a company has great products or not, if they needlessly hassle their customers and don't bother responding to multiple emails, why would I ever buy anything from them?
Just posted this as a heads up to others that Del-Ton requires in-person signatures for deliveries (unless you're friends with the UPS driver and he's willing to ignore the shipper instructions for you).
