been on hold for over 35 minutes
I have been waiting now for 50 minutes and am still the next one I see one your web site its now OFF LINE that's customer service?...............

Sorry!! One of the computers locked up twice this morning and had to be restarted. I think she was in a chat at the time or had one in que when her computer froze.
