My first job (General Dynamics) out of the army found me via monster. www.monster.com Seriously, your resume needs to be on there NLT 90 days prior to ETS, especially if you are planning on getting a job with your security clearance. If you think you've done anything that someone would find interesting, it should probably be on your resume. Have someone look over your resume! In fact, have several people look over your resume. There really is no standard format because everyone likes something different. But they might just catch that grammatical error that would've made you look like an ass. A few hints for cleared personnel: Get a copy of your SF86 Know who did your clearance (DoD, USAF, DIA, etc.) Know the date your clearance was approved Know the date your poly was approved
