I don't know about their websites, but Bradley Morris and the Lucas group are both pretty good companies. They're both great at finding work for ex-military types.

I've been to job conferences hosted by both, and I'll be starting my new job at Otis Elevator on Monday thanks to Bradley Morris.

edited to add the websites. i shoulda guessed

www.lucasgroup.com

and

bradley-morris.com

For the Tech orientated, my current employer: BAE Systems
Vinnell: Vinnell

I have a large amount of websites to defense related companies on the computer. I can post them if anyone is interested. It would be a few days to get it all organized though.

I can only do a few at a time, mainly since my current work schedule really doesn't allow it and also that the list hasn't been updated in a couple of years. heres the first few. I have checked these for accuracy. More will appear over the wekend or as I find time.

Advanced Technologies
Day Zimmerman
United Defense
General Dynamics Land Systems
MPRI
DRS Test & Energy Management
EG&G Technical Services
CSA Kuwait
Textron Systems

edited to correct my spelling errors. Damn KY education.

I can't believe you fellas have missed the greatest site of all. My first job (General Dynamics) out of the army found me via monster.

www.monster.com

Seriously, your resume needs to be on there NLT 90 days prior to ETS, especially if you are planning on getting a job with your security clearance. If you think you've done anything that someone would find interesting, it should probably be on your resume.

Have someone look over your resume! In fact, have several people look over your resume. There really is no standard format because everyone likes something different. But they might just catch that grammatical error that would've made you look like an ass.

A few hints for cleared personnel:
Get a copy of your SF86
Know who did your clearance (DoD, USAF, DIA, etc.)
Know the date your clearance was approved
Know the date your poly was approved
