As far as I know the MOS for dog handler is 3P0X1A.  I've read you have to join the security forces in order to even possibly do that and then serve a full term and then reenlist for a chance.  Is this true?

My friend works with dogs that do bitework and is a good handler.   His current malinois is a female and besides doing bitework with bark and hold she also is a freaking crazy dog with the things he taught her to do.  Such as jumping on his back and staying there..

I'm trying to find out for my buddy because he's not into computers.

thanks!
