Remember Father Rocheford, the Catholic Chaplain?  Dark haired guy, former Marine 0311, perpetual smile and in phenomenal shape?

Call me slow on the uptake, but I just found out he died three years ago, apparent suicide in Rhode Island.

I remember most of all his smile, but also seeing him utterly zoom past us at a dead sprint on the humps, carrying a ruck that probably weighed as much as he did.
