Both suspects are in custody and were arraigned this morning.

Apparently some DB dispatcher leaked the radio traffic from the call as well.

Not necessarily.  Scanner guys up there record the police channels and place the recordings on the web.  I remember the Binghamton shooting in April was on the web as news was released.  It's not uncommon.

I'm sure FOIA requests can move quick, too.
