It looks like the PoliceOne forums were hacked:

It appears the hacker is posting usernames and email addresses, but it looks like the passwords are hashed/salted (i.e. not available for the badguy to use).  I'd still recommend changing your password(s) if you used something common across multiple sites.

One of the first forums I was ever kicked out of. Mod that did its handle was like gangsorus.
