State of Florida Certification
You may be able to find out at the above link. Most states have to grant certification to be employed as an LEO in that state. |

In FL you don't become certified until you are hired at an agency. He should be able to tell you which agency he is at or has worked at.
If you know any accreditation managers you could ask them to check ATMS. |

ATMS is the FDLE database that basically verifies certification and which agencies he's worked for in FL. |
