Hi all, I have about 13 used ballistic vests and will have another 15 or so by the end of the month. I read somewhere at some point in the recent past of an organization that accepts donated body armor to make K-9 vests at discount/donation to agencies that can't/won't afford for their dogs. Now that I have all this stuff, I can't find the site anymore. If anyone happens to know of such an organization and could point me toward it, I would very much appreciate it.
