It seems like the field is vast and I have already spent a lot of time searching places like Yancy.com, Fredericks of HW, VS, etc.

I'm not sure what place has good quality at decent prices.

Some things she/we like are: stay up or garter belt hosiery; corsets; sexy bras and panties.
I can't find the hosiery with the writing around the elastic or reinforced garter attachment areas at the thighs, like I used to see when I was single and looking at a little porn.

I'd also like to return the favor and get some guy stuff for her enjoyment, as a surprise, but have no clue what's out there for men besides black jock straps.

They have a few retail stores in my state. I've passed by them but neither of us has ever stopped in one.

victorias secret is expensive, imo, for stuff to play in. fredericks can be a lot of fun and their stuff is decent as far as quality goes. if youre on a budget, check out the lingerie stuff from h&m. nothing like pretty bras for $15. if you like retro stuff, try modcloth.com

 I have shopped in store Victoria's secret with her, but although quality, a lot of their stuff is a little too vanilla for this time around.

Thanks for the help.  Checked all the places mentioned and found some stuff for mom and dad.  

Even found some stockings with pistols up by the butt, that pointed down, with the bullet at the heel and the line from muzzle to bullet.  Just for Arfcom!
