My friend non lady was wearing a belly band thing to a 5k the other night he said it worked great for his 380 and flashlight. I couldn't even tell he was wearing it.

This holster from The Well Armed Woman. I have it for my Shield. Carry AIWB. Very comfy. I have the black carbon fiber color. There are lots of very good reviews. A bit further down the page is a video about the holster.
